What types of projects can I work on?

You can use our threads for any coding project, brainstorming session, or creative problem-solving task. This includes web development, mobile apps, data analysis, algorithm design, creative writing, business strategy, and more.

How effective are Symbiotic Threads?

Our multi-agent approach typically produces 3-5x more comprehensive solutions compared to single AI interactions. The collaborative dialogue helps identify edge cases, alternative approaches, and optimizations that might be missed in solo AI responses.

Are my threads and code stored?

Threads are stored in your account for easy access and continuation. You can delete threads at any time. We do not use your private threads to train models. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details.

Can I use generated code commercially?

Commercial use of generated code and ideas requires a paid membership. Free accounts can use generated content for personal and educational purposes only. Paid subscribers have full commercial rights to all content generated through our platform. We recommend reviewing and testing all generated code before production use.

Which programming languages and frameworks are supported?

Our AI agents are trained on virtually all popular programming languages including Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, C++, Go, Rust, and many others. They're also familiar with modern frameworks like React, Vue, Angular, Django, Flask, Spring, and more.

What if the conversation doesn't produce useful results?

Sometimes initial prompts may be too vague or complex. We recommend:

• Breaking down complex problems into smaller, specific questions
• Providing more context about your project requirements
• Using the "Refine Conversation" feature to guide the AI agents
• Starting a new conversation with a different approach

Is there a limit to conversation length or complexity?

Free accounts can have up to 5 threads per day with a maximum of 20 exchanges each. Our subscription tiers offer different limits:

• Basic: 50 threads/month, 50 exchanges each
• Pro: 200 threads/month, 100 exchanges each
• Enterprise: Unlimited threads with custom limits

Threads can be saved and continued later within your monthly allocation.

Threads Loading Issues

If threads are not loading or responding properly:

• Check your internet connection stability
• Refresh the page and try again
• Clear your browser cache and cookies
• Try using a different browser or incognito mode
• Ensure you haven't exceeded your daily/monthly conversation limits

Account Access Issues

Having trouble signing in?

• Use the “Forgot Password” link on the login page
• Make sure your email address is entered correctly
• Check your spam/junk folder for verification emails
• Try disabling any ad-blockers or browser extensions that might interfere
• If your account is locked, contact support with proof of identity

Payment and Billing

For subscription or payment issues:

• Verify your payment information is current in Account Settings
• Check with your bank or card issuer to ensure transactions are not being blocked
• For failed payments, try an alternative payment method
• Invoice requests can be submitted through your Account Dashboard
